We offer accommodation in a newly built facility, finished to a high standard in the western part of Kołobrzeg, on Spokojna Street.

MINI APARTMENT: 21.5m2 for 2-3 people (one double bed, comfortable 160 cm and a fold-out sofa 100 cm), kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, and balcony. View from the balcony of greenery and a peaceful area.

EQUIPMENT: microwave, TV, kettle, mini-fridge, hairdryer, mugs, glasses, cutlery, cutting board, plates, water filter jug. Wardrobe with shelves, clothes hanger, shoe rack. We provide towels, bed linen, soap, dishwashing liquid.

LOCATION: 900m from the Blue Flag designated West Beach (about a 15-minute walk). Nearby Biedronka, Netto, Żabka within 300m, bus stop 100m (with access to the train station), free street parking. Close to a park (about 700m) by the west beach, restaurants, and cafes. The property has a SPA - available for a fee - info at the reception.

FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES: The toilet is adapted for people with disabilities, the building has an elevator and no thresholds. There is also an accessible descent to the west beach for wheelchair users, as well as a public toilet they can use. Surrounding sidewalks are curb-free.
